We hold these values dearly. All lenders, brokers and those in the finance industry should be accountable for being trustworthy. I do demand that people are responsible for their own finances and their own spending habits, but given the education, tools, strategy and a financial structure to operate within people should be able to get in a better financial position faster.

We abide by our own strategies and use them ourselves. We just ask people to do what we do to put themselves in a better position. The property investment specialists I work with have been carefully handpicked after being in the industry for some time. They receive some commissions from the developer; however, they have no overheads and work on a high client volume basis with a wide variety of top listed developers. As such their commissions are extremely low and you would not be able to get the property cheaper through the developer because the developer would lose out in the long run if the valuations fell. To note, the specialists I work with, implement their strategies with their own family, their parents and their friends.

Pegasus Wealth Loans do not receive any commission from any developer, property marketer or any of the like. Brokers receive commissions indirectly through lenders that you ultimately choose in regards to serviceability, lender policy and your preferences. It is my vision that I am able to get as many Australians as possible to achieve the lifestyle they want.
